Get to Know You
Our journey begins with a complimentary, two-step process. We’ll meet to explore your personal goals so we can create a simple, easy-to-understand plan. Then, in our second meeting, we’ll share our observations and discuss our new client process and the fees we charge for our work.
Review & Clarify
If we’re a mutual fit, we'll schedule a Clarity Call to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of your cash flow, balance sheet, retirement savings, goals, risk tolerance, tax situation, and more. It’s important that we understand your full financial picture so that we can create a game plan that moves you from where you are to where you want to be.
Optimize & Analyze
Armed with a deep understanding of your financial landscape, the WealthChoice team will analyze your situation. We’ll help you clarify where you are, where you want to go, and develop a personalized plan to help you get from Point A to Point B.
Wealth Plan Presentation
You deserve a plan that makes sense and empowers you to make confident financial decisions both now and in the future. We take our time to thoroughly explain your custom recommendations, from cash flow to retirement planning to tax strategy to career goals and beyond.
Transform & Implement
Once your plan has been presented and refined, we'll distill everything into a "one-page plan" that serves as our guiding star. All future meetings and milestones will revolve around your plan, and we’ll adjust it as your needs grow and change. We'll then help you implement the plan and get on track to achieving your goals.
Hand In Hand
This is the true beginning of our journey: the implementation of your plan. We'll meet with you twice a year at a minimum to ensure you're staying on track and make any necessary adjustments. How we charge for our services
Our Fees
You have enough going on – you deserve a partner who is honest and upfront about what they charge – and how you’ll pay. As a fee-only, fiduciary firm, we’re committed to fee transparency.
Step One: Your Customized Financial Plan
All clients are required to kick off our relationship with a customized financial plan. This plan is the foundation for all of our work together. Customized Financial Plans cost $4500.
Step Two: Ongoing Planning & Investment Management
Once you enter the implementation phase of your planning process, we move to a percentage of Assets Under Advisement (AUA) fee. This tiered fee schedule is designed to support clients at all asset levels and stages of life.

$500,000 – $1,499,999 | 1% of AUA, billed quarterly |
$1,500,000 – $2,499,999 | 0.75% AUA, billed quarterly |
